Hello, 

I have previously translated the english language pack , to the language of my country,  and have been using it successfully on 4.2. 

My plan to update from 4.2 to 4.7  has been delayed, 

but since i have some days of free time and could use it to translate the 4,3  => 4,7 phrases that will be adding up, 

I was wondering If I could somehow, on beforehand, 

i.e. before updating to 4,7  ,      

translate the new phrases while running on the 4.2 .... ?

is that technically possible/ feasible? 

(it would help me have less workload after the update and concentrate on the others)

You would only be able to translate items that are on the version you are using. You would not be able to translate the new phrases on the old system
