Does this happen if you switch back to a default theme?  Have you also tried disabling your various plugins as well to confirm they are not interfering with your JS?  

You might want to also check your console log to see if there is any errors there.    

Your website does not allow anyone to even view the site without being logged in, so I can't give any feedback other than generic suggestions.  

Hi, Yes other members can post, but some can't, maybe it's a setting, post limit maybe

Yes, but I still have this problem, I tried the default theme but the problem continues

I would suggest disabling cloudflare entirely and checking. Its very very likely this is what is causing your issues. Especially as its only some users
