This Name Posted July 8, 2022 Share Posted July 8, 2022 Hello to everybody, I hope I don't sound too salty and complaining but can someone explain this. I tried to continue my forum which I was building last year and meanwhile the license expired. I contacted technical team to rewake my license so I could pay for it and keep working. But it turns out it's too old and can't be renewed. Does that really mean I am going to loose all my previous work I have done and nothing can be done? I see you have a trial open at present, but I dont see any other license under this account. If you can PM me the email you had for the previous account, I can take a look. To explain however, we simply dont hold data after a set period. Part of the cloud platform you are paying for is the storage of that data.
