Hello Team & Members,

Need your help, my friends or anyone is not able to register on the website when we use the normal register form or even the facebook registration we get this error all the time "You are not permitted to register a user account with this site."

I have also added all the possible domains on the "Allowed email domains for registration" section of the registration settings but still it's not allowing 😞

Its likely they are being caught out by the spam service. Have you tried whitelisting that user using the whitelisting tool? Please see the following if you are unsure how to do this

 

Thank you so much Marc! Added all the domains I wanted to allow on the whitelisting and everything works smooth now.

It makes lot of sense to have these whitelisting option in order to keep the spam under control!
