Posted July 2, 20222 yr Hello, I am having a problem with a renewal. The user enters the manage purchase for a monthly renewal and the cancel renewal option is not anywhere in the purchase. This has happened in the past and it's still happening sometimes. Purchase #229. 1. The user cannot see the option to cancel the renewal 2. In ACP I can't see the option to cancel the renewal. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong? There is something definitely wrong on the user side because he cannot see the option to cancel the renewal. I am running 4.7 beta 10. Thanks
July 4, 20222 yr Community Expert This cannot be cancelled as there is an associated paypal subscription, as mentioned in the admin CP. The user would need to cancel their paypal subscription or indeed you cancel it from the link provided
