Stripe is getting a 403 error on any requests to our webhook. No payments are being accepted, customers only getting pre- auth on their card. Why would this be happening? Thank you

Please check the above, as mentioned and let us know if this is the issue. It sounds like you are missing the webhook secret

This wasnt an issue with the webhook secret in this case, so you can ignore the above. These should retry. It looks like there was an issue with the blocking of stripe, which has now been resolved. We are also working on a solution to prevent reoccurrence of this in the future.
