I received the invoice for renewal, which I am happy to pay, however as I am in holidays, is it possible to delay the payment few days until I return in the office?

 

We are unable to extend licenses unfortunately. It will not however cause your site to go offline. You will just loose access to IPS services until you can get that renewed

Sure, I was asking if I can use the same invoice in a couple of days to pay for renewal. I will have a gap in support. Not sure if I can login after expiration in client area and pay invoice or how do I proceed?

You can log in and pay the invoice once your license has expired, yes. You just need to log in once you return (you can). 

Done. Thanks Marc. All went ok and succesfully paid it. Which means I am back from holiday! Nooooooooo!
