I've noticed that when someone adds a quotation mark (") in a title, it messes up the the URL name and notification email titles. For example, on my site, "Quotation marks" results in quotQuotation-marksquot in the URL. Apparently it works fine here, so perhaps this was fixed in 4.7?

I have another topic that has the character — in the title, and for example one — two results in one-—%C2%A0two in the URL. 

I also cannot replicate on my test instance (also 4.7) so I would recommend letting us know once you are on that release if you still have the same problem. 

Unfortunately I still have this issue in the current version of Invision. It also affects email notification as shown in the screen capture below:

Actually that's an old thread, that's why the URL had that issue. Newer threads don't have that issue. 

On the other hand the email notification title is still an issue.
