how to enable push notifications on ipb?

You would go to to Customisation>Appearance>Icons and Logos, then fill in all the details there. Once you have done this, push would be enabled

I'm using the 4.7 trial right now.  I went to customization, icons&logos but I'm not sure I see any place to "fill in all the details.  The only option is to choose a single file under application icons.  I opened this community site on my phone and enabled push notifications for Edge and Chrome but I don't see any image to represent IPS on my mobile homescreen.

If you are using a trial, this is likely why.
