Spam via the Contact Us form has become my biggest headache with my site. That's a testament to how good Invision Community has become over the years. Based on all the spam I receive this way, I believe the ability to block form submission if there are links or a character match for http etc… would solve the issue.

My other option is to disable the Contact forum, and just publish my email address on a page titled Contact Us. This would enable me to setup filters that automatically put much of the spam into the trash of my email. I could easily filter out all the Russian character spam (I can't read it anyway), and all the email from "Eric Jones" saying, "Hey there, I just found your site, quick question…"

This used to be a signifiant problem for me, but using CleanTalk has cut that down SIGNIFICANTLY for me.
