All non-admin users are blocked access to content

All my users who are not part of the Administrators group are blocked from accessing content and shown a message requiring them to subscribe.  I don't control subscriptions in the community, however.  There should be no requirement for a subscription within Invision.  All my controls are done through what groups a user is a part of, and they are included in the groups when I add them to the community.

If you go to the subscriptions section in your admin CP, and select settings in the top right, you can switch off that requirement
