When I have a tab open displaying a topic, sometimes I get a black banner at the bottom that says "John Doe has replied. Show reply."

However clicking "Show Reply" does nothing visible because the reply it displays is further down the page, hidden offscreen. Shouldn't it scroll down the page in order to actually show the reply?
