Recently installed Invision on Linux server.

Afterwards, I deleted Invision software such that I could perform a fresh install. Now, when using the same license, it says license is currently being used.

You actually have an installation at that URL currently, which is why it cannot be reset. You would need to delete it first of all. Visiting that URL shows it is still present

Prior to re-installation, I removed the entire directory. Then afterwards, I reinstalled.

Did you install it to the same location (directory) and URL?

If so, you should not have seen that error.
