Youth Hoops Academy
Recently installed Invision on Linux server. Afterwards, I deleted Invision software such that I could perform a fresh install. Now, when using the same license, it says license is currently being used. URL:https://www.youthhoopsacademy.com/ips_35213 Please deactivate license associated with ips_35213 such that I can perform a fresh install using same license key. Marc Stridgen
You actually have an installation at that URL currently, which is why it cannot be reset. You would need to delete it first of all. Visiting that URL shows it is still present
Youth Hoops Academy
What's the proper way to delete the installation? Prior to re-installation, I removed the entire directory. Then afterwards, I reinstalled. What's the proper way?
Mark H
Did you install it to the same location (directory) and URL? If so, you should not have seen that error.
