Lots of posts with URL bbcode. Like:

I tried searching, but as with the other questions, didn't come up with anything. 

How can I convert those to actual links? 

Okay, found the "enable legacy bbcode" switch. Looks like it only works after edit/save posts, though. Any way to bulk update/refresh? 

I suspect you still have background tasks running on the dashboard. These are rebuilding your content, which is likely why they are showing like that at present
