I get this error

EX1194 Something went wrong. Please try again.

I was able to get the mysql moved to the cPanel

I also get this message, am sure it is related

Error code EX1194 means the files for an upgrade are present, but the upgrade itself was not run.  So you might want to run the updater.

Thanks.  how is that done if I can not access the control Panel?

Actually the issue here is you have a crashed table somewhere in your database. You need to check your database and correct that crashed table
