I just did a manual upgrade to 4.6 and no errors as I went through the process until it said it was completed successfully.

This is showing on the Homepage

It appears that it's the Steam Login that I forgot to disable (as I forgot about the login handlers) before upgrade is causing the issues, so I went into the database and to the login handler row and disabled the steam login there, but still the same issues are occurring. 

When I'm in the dashboard, it just shows the error EX0 and nothing else so I'm not able to access support from there. 

Not sure where to go from here, but any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks!

Topics would be left generally to help others. In the case of this one, the issue is a 3rd party steam item.
