darian4333 Posted December 16, 2021 Posted December 16, 2021 (edited) Hello! Im trying to update the theme from my forum (nexxe by codebite) but i get this error "Something went wrong. Please try again.". I tried to uninstal the theme and reinstal but the install button gives the same error. Version: 4.6.9 Edited December 16, 2021 by darian4333

We would not assist with 3rd party items I told him but he said it's from you. So the thing is that i can't update / install anything from market because i get that error.
Marc Posted December 16, 2021 Posted December 16, 2021 Please check in support in your admin CP, and check you have applied all patches there. I believe this may be due to missing a patch which resolved a marketplace problem

Solution Marc Posted December 17, 2021 Solution Posted December 17, 2021 It looks like you are hitting yoru curl timeout settings there when downloading. You would need to contact your hosting company to increase this darian4333 1
