Hello! Im trying to update the theme from my forum (nexxe by codebite) but i get this error "Something went wrong. Please try again.".
I tried to uninstal the theme and reinstal but the install button gives the same error. Version: 4.6.9

You would need to contact the author of that theme for assistance in the first instance. We would not assist with 3rd party items

I told him but he said it's from you.
So the thing is that i can't update / install anything from market because i get that error.

Please check in support in your admin CP, and check you have applied all patches there. I believe this may be due to missing a patch which resolved a marketplace problem

Running latest version
Error still there.

It looks like you are hitting yoru curl timeout settings there when downloading. You would need to contact your hosting company to increase this
