Posted December 16, 20213 yr Hello! Im trying to update the theme from my forum (nexxe by codebite) but i get this error "Something went wrong. Please try again.". I tried to uninstal the theme and reinstal but the install button gives the same error. Version: 4.6.9 Edited December 16, 20213 yr by darian4333

We would not assist with 3rd party items I told him but he said it's from you. So the thing is that i can't update / install anything from market because i get that error.
December 16, 20213 yr Please check in support in your admin CP, and check you have applied all patches there. I believe this may be due to missing a patch which resolved a marketplace problem

December 17, 20213 yr Solution It looks like you are hitting yoru curl timeout settings there when downloading. You would need to contact your hosting company to increase this
