Is there anything you can do for a large traffic spike?  

I expect somewhere between 2500-4000 people to be all logging in at the same time tomorrow.  Thousands more just hitting the site.

Maybe that is nothing these days and I am just out of touch...lol

If they only need to log in and see one page, is it worth shutting down the forum/store/gallery ect...?

There isnt anything to prepare for there. Our cloud infrastructure is already set up to cope with large volumes. 

Great...I would hate to shut down the store when all those people are there.
