I have repeated entries in my System log:

OutOfRangeException::0

I checked for any inconsistencies between database and app directory but didn't find any.

#3 [PATH]/index.php(13): IPS\_Dispatcher->run()
#4 {main}

 

It seems that this is caused by a broken widget.

I have created a ticket to investigate this further.

there was a broken widget on the forums page which had literally no data ( no configuration, not a valid plugin or application associated to it, nothing..)
