Hello, I manually updated  to 4.6 and get this error on every page. I am also created constants php wilt <?php define( 'BYPASS_UPGRADER_LOGIN', TRUE ); , but it does not help.

How to fix this error?

Glad to hear you found the problem there. What was the cause of your issue there?

Incorrect setup of FTP client. Moved only core folder files and all folders, but not files, included in deeper folders.
