I could not see a way for him to do it but I could add it under manage in the admin control panel. I s there a way for him to do it on the forum side in the customer settings somewhere? Or, must all this be done on the processor side such as Stripe or Paypal. I could not find any info on how the customer can update it. Hi Keith, I got a new credit card and would like to change what you have on file to this new card. How do I go about doing that? I can't find where it is on the BTC. (https://domain.com/clientarea/) On that page use the menu: MyDetails -> Payment Methods. On the next page you should be able to add a credit card (and delete any old one).
