Marc
That email link actually appears to be broken there. Could I ask if you are seeing this on default language pack emails, as well as the ones which are generated in french? I ask as there appears to be quite a few areas in your language pack whereby & is showing where it shouldnt be, and that its & in the middle of that link which is causing issues
jesuralem
i had a feeling that & was a bad guy ! I changed my language and will be back as soon as i have a notification 🙂 Marc

jesuralem
I do and i will 🙂 Great app, very easy to set up with the instructions. Hardest part was to get amazon to move the account out of sandbox but in the end it only took less than 24hours.
wegorz23
The same problem there. https://www.audiostereo.pl/topic/76150-rock-progresywny-i-pochodne-dobre-płyty/?do=findComment&comment=5398908 &  How u fix that ? First time we have that problem after years of using same smtp serwer and other stuff. The easy way is to add .htaccess on that.
Marc
If you use another mail server, are you having the same issue?

On mailing from SendGrid the problem is like no detectable. We noticed that on one user that send it to us. Is there any way to fix that or prevent from that ?. It's not the user's fault to cannot access that link.  If the problem was globaly, each user would report that problem. We send mailing to 80 000 our users and non of them report that. But on notifications problem is noticeable.
Marc
If the issue is not present when using sendgrid, then it seems as in the case of the other user here, your mailing server is actually causing the issue

Understandable there, however as it disappeared when you moved server, it does seem it was the email provider rather than the software there. jesuralem
Yes this was totally on the sendinblue side and they agreed to it. Basically they made some change to be able to track mail openers and clicks and this screwed IPS links. They proposed to reverse the change but were insisting that the links were screwed because IPS did not accept the _se parameter they added. Rather than fighting with them in order to explain that the real problem was that they screwed the &, i chose to cancel my subcription with them and move to AWS, and i saved quite a few bucks doing so 🙂 Jim M, wegorz23 and Marc
