Allow anonymous content is a great new feature, but it has an issue. 

Whenever you enable it, it will allow ALL selected groups who have permission to use this option. The issue in here if you want one or more of the groups not to be allowed to use it on a specific forum, club, database etc...., so it must have more option whenever you enable it to pick group/groups that you wish to have access to this option not just a group permission in the group settings.

Perhaps something like in the theme settings whenever you enable "Allow anonymous content ", it will show you only the groups who have access to this option. 

 

Moreover, in this option only show the groups who have access to it not all available groups in order to make it even easier to select.
