Cannot Create New API Keys, but API Works

As the title says, when we attempt to create new API keys in the AdminCP, we get a message saying "The API Endpoint is not giving the expected response. Check you followed the instructions correctly". 

However, an API key we created before this problem started happening is working, and all the endpoints work as intended. Does anyone have any idea on how we can fix this?
