They have NO idea where to begin with a forum. Are there any existing documents for the Invision forum platform for people who only need to know how to use the front end? You probably want to start with Getting started with themes:https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/themes-and-customizations/getting-started-with-themes_324/ There are gaps though, so if there is anything you can't find, just ask in the forum, and we'll do our best to answer as soon as we can. On my upcoming forum I have generated a number of help topics to guide people who will want to use the most common aspects of the forum and community suite in general.
