Missing installation file - error message at system check

Hi there, I am following the installation guide but I cannot get past the system check stage because of this file system requirement error (displayed below):

• The directory /srv/htdocs/community/datastore needs to be writable. Please change the directory's CHMOD to 0777

I have tried changing the CHMOD but this doesn't improve anything and there is no 'datastore' file or folder to be found in the installation pack I downloaded from the invision website.

Can you please assist or advise?

The folder is created when installing, probably.  Create a datastore folder in root (same place of conf_global.php and set the permission to CHMOD 0777.

Your best bet would be to submit a support ticket.

This is an issue that we're aware of and are working to fix in the release.

In the meantime, please create the /srv/htdocs/community/datastore directory on your server and CHMOD it 0777

After you have done that, you should be able to go back to the installer/upgrader and continue.
