This is for Invision 4.6.1 Not sure, but this could be an update issue from a previous version. Filling in the blank Group Name, saving and editing works as expected. I have English UK and English USA languages used. I had disabled the English UK language, but I had no values saved for the US Language defines for my forum names and descriptions.
