Hi @Nathan Explosion, I found this issue elsewhere in the AdminCP so I think this a bug in the actual ACP's responsive layout. I found it in Advanced Configuration > Friendly URLs which also uses a table layout and as you can see the content overflows the container and there is no way to access it or anything beyond it...

 

Also in Stat Reports Downloads when switching to table view.

Leave it with me please - when I feel the need to update the application, I will release an update that resolves the situation.

I appreciate that - but there is a reason mine exhibits the behaviour, and I will be resolving it going forward.

I just want to disassociate the application from any report you may make about an invision bug, as it isn't a bug for me.

• The tracker has been modified to reduce the number of columns relating to checks/results, and consolidates information about an entry into a single 'Report' column. (see screenshot)
• The report column is truncated to 3 lines, by default, and the truncation and number of lines can be changed via the 'Tracker settings' button now available.

Installed it yesterday, but i don't see how i can manually block one sender e-mail adress, did i miss something ?

That's not a feature of the application - but to do the above, you should go to the indicated area below, and add the email address to your site's ban settings.

Back on this matter, i don't know if this would be easy to implement but it would be nice to add buttons in the tracker to add the mail address and/or the IP adress to the ban list

For that to be considered and looked at, unfortunately you're going to need to provide a bit more than "it would be nice"

I would need to understand the benefit to you, and what email addresses/IP addresses you are talking about (if they are in the tracker then the application has done its job as configured - why does adding that information to the ban filters add value?)

Sorry if i wasn't clear about this request 🙂

I did enable the tracking of valid e-mails, what i would like basically is a "ban" button in the tracker that would add the e-mail adress to Invision non registrable adresses, so it wouldn't be able to use the contact us form.

This way could block a spammer with a single clic instead of copying the adress, going to the ban settings, clicking on "add ban filter", switching the filter type, pasting the adress and clicking OK..

For instance(note that for instance i did ban manually tractorrmail@gmail.com) :

  • using the check against "Non-Registrable Email Addresses"
  • the tracked entry has been tracked as a 'Valid' email

• Added functionality to allow deletion of entries in the Tracker, either individual entries, all entries or specific email or IP addresses

Would be great to be able to contribute by reporting these numpties in some way to the various block lists, I know it’s not allowed to do via IPS Spam directly.

Perhaps I don't understand how this works completely. I just received a message through the Contact Us form that originated from the IP address 5.62.59.1. This address is listed in Stop Forum Spam 80 times. 

With these settings, shouldn't this have been clocked?

You have the confidence level for IP address checking set to 90% - anything equal to or above that will be 'clocked'

• Added a new setting to the 'Email validation' functionality which will allow suppression of the requirement for a validation code if a Guest has previously validated their email address within the last x amount of time (X is set to 0 at the time of installation, requiring a validation code each time)

Always nice to see this app improve. Maybe a search facility would be handy in the tracker log. Also a manual report button for repeat offenders next to an entry if no automated reporting on the cards, but I wouldn’t want it to get bloated.

On v2.1.0, in the tracker page, it looks like the sort by name column doesn’t work correctly. Maybe a bug or two:

Sort by name opposite way, after loader icon disappears, list is in same order:

 

I also have about 28 pages and I noticed when I sorted by IP, only the first 5 pages have an ip address included.

I would suggest to you then that the other entries don't have an IP address either because it was never logged, or it has been logged and subsequently pruned as per the task included in the app that prunes IP addresses in adherence with the Invision setting:
