Posted April 12, 20213 yr Hi We use Nexus_Purchases table to report HOW MANY TIMES a file has sold One of our content creators noticed that a sales count went from 45 times being sold to 44 times being sold and wanted an explanation. I have determined that a member had their account deleted which also removed a row from Nexus_Purchases table. Is this really necessary? Wouldn't we want to keep track of that in order to report our financial history correctly? Thank you in advance.
April 12, 20213 yr Yes, the purchases are deleted. Transactions are not, however, which would be the appropriate way to track financial history. Income reporting in the AdminCP, for instance, uses Transaction data, not purchase data.
