Do you have important topics at your forum, and you want to be sure that your members and/or guests really read them? Then this app can come in handy as it will help you with that.
It will force your members as well as guests to read a particular topic and only then can they enter the forums and/or the other topics.
Setting a topic as must read can be done separately for members and guests. i.e. You can set one topic as must read for your members, and another one for your guests. Topics are hidden in the actifity and search pages for members/guests till they read the forced topics.
You can exclude certain groups and ip addresses from being forced to read topics. You can also enter a custom error message to be displayed to members/guests when informing them that they must read first the forced topic before they can read the rest of the topics.
All the options are set at the app 's settings page.
Each time a member/guest will read the topic that has been set as must read, the action will be logged and be available to the admins so they can keep track of things. For guests, their ip is logged. The members log can be searched for members and timeframe, whereas the guests log can be searched for ip addresses and time frame.
If you want a particular member to re-read the must read topic, all you can do is delete their forced topic entry from the logs. Or you can delete the whole log for a do over of forced readings again. The same goes for guests logs too.
Logs can be kept permanently or prunned after a certain amount of time.

      What does it do?
This app will add a reading list section to your forum where your members can add topics that they find informative or interesting. This will allow them to keep track of their favourite topics the easy way and find them a lot faster. They can also read them at their leasure. Like Add Movies to My List thing on Netflix, if you will. Members can add topics to their reading list for a certain amount of time or permanently. Topics which have been added for a certain amount of time, will be removed automatically from the reading list once the expiry date has been reached. Permissions
Permissions to add topics to the Reading List can be set from the app ' s setting page in the acp.  Filtering&Sorting
Members can filter their reading lists based on their priority status.
      Moderator CP
An overview of all members reading lists is available at the Mod Cp. You can set the permissions for your staff members that you want to view members to do lists in the Mod Cp at the app 'settings->Moderator CP. Logs
A list of all members reading lists is logged in the Acp as well. The admin(s) can search for lists added by members and by date range. They can filter the results based on their priority statuses.  Admins can mass delete all reading lists from the admin panel. Admins can also prune automatically the reading lists based on their start date.  Moderator Log
Whenever someone removes a topic from the reading list it will be logged in at the Moderator Logs page. Member History
Members adding of topics to their reading lists will be logged on their member history section. Stats
A chart stats page is available as well. Other
Admins can add topics to members reading lists.

Rules like "If a topic is X then do Y" would be super handy.

X would be things like "older than T" or "has an answer marked as best" or "has gotten N upvotes and is in forum F" etc.

Y would be things like "move topic to forum F" or "merge topic with topic T" or "feature topic" etc.
