We have our email notifications in IC 4.5.4.2 set to be truncated, but the digests are coming down the pike with full text.

How can I truncate the email digests?

We would like no more than 2 sentences and then a link to the content.

How do you set email notifications to be truncated vs. not truncated? I can't find an option for that anywhere in the AdminCP

I'm actually having the opposite problem... i just updated to 4.5 and my notifications are truncated now whereas they were not before.

This is actually a 4.5 feature.   I too though, would like a toggle for more control over it being active or not. 

This exists as a setting in the ACP. Right now, it's all or nothing.

ACP > System > Settings > Email Settings > Truncate Content

I missed that somehow. Interestingly I can find most settings by searching but when I search for “truncate” nothing comes up.
