It's probably simple for someone who knows what they're doing. Basically, an upgrade got interrupted, mid-process, and now the entire forum has stopped working. If you're a consultant and would be interested in helping me tackle this, I'd appreciate it. Please send me your hourly rate and any reference information that you think might be helpful.
