      it happend after upgrade to version 4.6.6 and 4.6.7
      member cannot login after submit username and password it keep redirect to same page 
      admin login is doing fine

      Logs information about all logins performed on your site, whether they are successful or not. The following information is logged:
      Time of attempt, Member account Username/Email used, IP Address Attempt number Result It should be noted that there is the potential for massive amounts of data to be stored with this application on busy sites, so I recommend you use the LOG PRUNING setting to prune old logs daily.
      Upgrade from version 1.1.0 (IP.Board 3.X):
      Simply perform a FRESH INSTALL of version 2.0.0 and the installer will insert the logs from the old app into the new and will delete all data from old app.

      I have an issue when I click edit post, it shows the forum header in the wysiwyg box.
      How to fix this?

      It's been days now and we can't find the cause or solution for this problem ,and the support ticket system seems to be gone or hidden beyond finding in the IPS dashboard.

      When new potential members want to create a forum account either for the forum or to buy our product or both, they get as far as the sign up page and are able to fill everything out, but the section titled "Security Check" just has the title and no captcha or check box or anything else... and when a potential customer fills out all the other info and clicks "create my account", after a few seconds it just says something like "failed security check, try again".

      Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

      Are there any IPS technical support staff around, and if so, where did the support ticket system go? How do we contact you in case of an emergency? This already cost us a few hundred dollars in sales and will continue to do so every few days.

      I have 3 subscription tiers:
      Bronze - $10/yr Silver - $20/yr Gold - $5/mo Some of my members want to upgrade from Bronze to Silver, however there is no Upgrade Button for them.  Silver and Gold subscribers have that button to upgrade/downgrade.  But for some strange reason, the Bronze level doesn't have that option.  I don't remember it being a problem before I upgraded to Version 4.6.8.
      I used to open support tickets in the ACP, but that seems to direct me here.  So I'm not sure what you need from me to make your assistance easier.
