mawby Posted November 10, 2020 Share Posted November 10, 2020 Post conversion, I have a few users who cannot login because they've forgotten their password. I tell them to use the reset option but apparently no email comes through. So I just tried the option myself in the admin control panel and get the error: 2C114/13 This user is not currently using a login handler that uses a password. For example, facebook/Twitter/Google/Apple/Microsoft/etc. We saw this issue with members who created a social account but then wanted a separate account password.
