This doesn't bother me but I have several members already clammering for that setting since I changed over from MyBB. They were able to set the number up to 200 per page I believe. If I were to change the numbers in the ACP to say 50, are there any side effects that I may need to think about? Page load speed or anything like that to be concerned with?
