Topic enhance request: Custom topic feature, adding privacy as the Gallery album. 

Let admin active (by default deactived) this premium feature for groups or members. Or if members get some criterias filled, automatically active the premium feature. 

Galleries have a different context then topics. I'd recommend creating premium groups with access to specific forums OR tell them to use PMs which are literally private topics. They invite who can see and converse in them.

We can have the PM more visible or well integrated inside the forums or topics environment? Right now the PM is an inbox and it os so separate from the use of habit perspective. 

Example, admin can enable PM(or we call it as Private Topic) for specific forums and clubs forums. 

After a forum enable for Private Topic, members with permission when open topic, there show a toggle button "Private Topic", member enable this button will can choose members for this topic. 

Then the topic created will appears in their forum from and only can see and reply by members selected.
