Posted September 30, 20204 yr Hey all, It's been a while since I've had to ask for help, but I'm not sure what exactly is going on right now. Brand new install. First post: It gives me this error -- but it also posts the post anyways ... ErrorException: Class IPS\core\extensions\core\Queue\RebuildAttachmentThumbnails could not be loaded. Ensure it has been properly prefixed with an underscore and is in the correct namespace. October 1, 20204 yr Community Expert It looks like a case of missing files. What ftp program did you use to upload the files, FileZilla?

I ask because Filezilla is known for missing files during the upload process. Try another ftp program and see if the errors will go away after the reupload.
