Design changes

Hi,

i have changed a few colors in my forum.

Now i have two parts where i didnt find how to change.

First ist the line between the Topics (red arrow in picture)

Second is the blue Button in front of the topics (green arrow in picture)

 

It would be fine, if this was changeable in the design section in the admin console, and not in css.
