Hello, I wonder is there a proven and a good method that would take the RSS feed from recently posted articles on IPS Pages and post them automatically to Facebook and Twitter pages?

If such a feature would have a scheduling feature it would be even more awesome. I mean like any articles that day posted before 00:00-12:00 would be posted on FB pages at 12:00 and any of them like from 12:00-18:00 at 18:00 and so on.

You can do it by turning on RSS feeds for the Pages database and then set up an IFTTT connection which reads the RSS feed and posts the records to wherever you need. Scheduling may or may not available. I haven’t checked that out but I do use IFTTT to post Pages records to social media. 

Or for people which don't like IFTT, you can also use Zapier!
