So I'm trying to make a dark theme for our site, and while editing the colors using the "easy mode" color picker (Which is absolutely AWESOME!!) I couldn't, for the life of me, figure out what controlled the color of the notification settings expanded background (Marked red in the screenshot):

Does anyone know how to (or if at all possible) change that color? I would much rather do that without editing the css, since moving to 4.5 really F'ed things up in our edited theme and we had to make a new one from pretty much scratch.

The editor is cool, but sadly so many areas that it does not support. I hope they update it to support many more areas of Themes

Without doing in CSS I'm not sure it can be done or not. I was not able to find either.

Thanks @LoPoSt   it works, though the border is so thin that it requires a magnifying glass to see the change.
