Posted September 11, 20204 yr I have a few different issues that I need resolved and was wondering if I should put all of them in one ticket or is it better if I create a new ticket for each separate issue?
September 11, 20204 yr If they're unrelated issues we prefer to have them split between tickets. Some issues may need escalating and some may not.
