This not clear to me, you mean move your site to another server either locally or by hosting?

If that the case, then you need first to see if the new move "server" have the same php extensions as the one you moved from. Just in case install the curl/xml ext. one for start, then restart your web server.

Second when all insure about the above, go to ACP - System - Files - Storage Settings and edit the one there and insure it correct for the new moved location.

Check through phpmyadmin your database, table contents core_themes.

There should only be two rows for theme 46 and theme 50. If there are other rows, remove them.

Have you checked the permissions on the folder css_built_50  - it should be 777.

Caveat to future time travelers. Your folder should be writable and readable by the account in which your web server (or PHP daemon) are running. 777 says "security be damned, open it all up, execute at will."

If you have exactly the same issue, you need to restore the folder you deleted there first of all. If you havent deleted anything there, you dont have the same problem. Please detail your issue in a new topic in that scenario
