How do I initiate a notification in ACP to upgrade to 4.5?

This is the first time I did not receive a notification to upgrade from within the ACP.

It hasn't been fully released yet; current release is 'soft' meaning it is available for some customers, not all.

If you really want to upgrade, you can do it manually by downloading the package from the client area, uploading it to your server and then initiate the upgrade manually.
