Nathan Explosion Posted August 30, 2020 Share Posted August 30, 2020 It hasn't been fully released yet; current release is 'soft' meaning it is available for some customers, not all. If you really want to upgrade, you can do it manually by downloading the package from the client area, uploading it to your server and then initiate the upgrade manually.
