Support improvement immediate solution

I am using commerce for online store, but IPS don't have this kind design and business focus, globally I feel IPS has the structure, but miss so much users focus design details that couse so much tricky experience. Store, Invoice, shipments, support...basically these things are there...

Now I try to implement the Jivochat to cover the instant communication with users, but that will be very help is something that can connected with support....any comments or suggestion? 

Or solution...
