Maximum number of posts per day for groups

Hi,

Looking through the Marketplace, there doesn't appear to be an up-to-date version of this plugin:

Although I'd actually like something that is site-wide - I want to be able to restrict ordinary members to a given number of posts across the entire site per day, but allow unlimited posts to members of a specific usergroup (managed by an annual subscription). Does anybody have anything suitable?

I use below plugin for exactly that, it's sitewide, has lots of good options and works great.
