Deleting embedded Tweets?

Hi there. Google is notifying me of bad words on my site. I am trying to clean everything up because it impacts site revenue.

It's listing several Tweets that use bad words. I deleted the Tweets in the posts, but's also linking directly to the Tweet. 

For example, this Tweet was removed from the topic, but it still exists somehow on my forum. How can I remove it?
