Is there a way to disable the icon for 'All Activity' which displays on home page?  It only appears to guests, (vanishes as a logged in member)

We do not want non members to be able to click here and see the whole activity stream and hence the content of the site

Tried switching off RSS feed, and we have Activity disabled in the menu, but this 'All Activity' icon still appears constantly.  ?
