bold nickname and sub nick color

Hey, I have two questions.
1. How can I make a bold nickname to a specific user/user groups?
2. How can I match the nickname and the sub nickname colors? So they will be the same color.

i don't know what a nickname is but you can set how you want each usergroup to display in the admin cp.

bold is already in the field grayed out iirc
