Hello, I just installed a fresh 4.9.

Issue: Application Downloads

Uploading files works well, but if I download the file, it's just 0 Bytes

 

Any hits?

@WestPoint can you verify that this is appearing on multiple files in multiple categories? What about normal attachments in the forums? Are you using anything like Amazon S3? 

I would encourage you to visit your File Storage Settings in the ACP.
