Hello, In IPS 4.4.9.1 Question and Answer Challenge is empty and questions have disappeared. 😲

If I edit the question, I can see it.

 

I'm unable to reproduce this on a test install.

As a first step, in the ACP please switch to an unedited English language pack, and an unedited Theme. Do the questions then appear? If they do, the issue is (most likely) a problem in a foreign language pack or a custom Theme.

But if the questions still don't appear, please run the Support Tool and see if that resolves the issue.

If after doing so the issue is still not resolved, please file a ticket to Support and we'll investigate.

Right! If I change the ACP Language to my custom language, works fine. But With the English language NO.

How can I know how to fix this?

It seems odd that a default unedited English language pack would be blank, but a custom language would show. If it were the reverse, then my first post would be relevant.

But are you certain you've switched to an unedited English language pack?

yes, I only have English (USA) (From default ips installation) and my custom language.
